200 Club Update

200 Club Update

Richard Wagstaff24 Apr 2012 - 20:18

Important information ahead of the first 200 club draw

The first draw has been pushed back by one week so will now take place on the 5th May. This is due to the poor weather affecting practice nights in recent weeks, meaning people have been unable to return their completed 200 club forms. This means the grand draw of £400 will now take place after the final league game of the season.

To date we have sold 142 numbers for the 200 club lottery which is an excellent effort. However, with less than 2 weeks before the first draw it would be fantastic if we could reach our target figure of 200 numbers. For anyone that hasn't bought a number the form is attached to this news article or you can pick one up at training. If you have any family members, friends or colleagues that you think might be interested, please try to help us sell the final numbers. With a prize fund of £2,000 over the season there is plenty to gain from purchasing a number.

As you have probably already seen, a huge amount of effort has gone into improving the club facilities during the winter with more planned to come. Initiatives such as the 200 club help fund these improvements and make the club a much more attractive place to enjoy cricket.

The final list of numbers will be confirmed next week and the list will be put up on the tea room wall.

Once again, thanks for your ongoing support and I hope you pick a winning number!
