The Club is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Marshall as its new first team captain. Richard has played all his junior cricket at Thongsbridge and follows in his father’s footsteps to play for the first XI at Miry Lane.

The Club would like to thank Alex Kemp who has captained the team for the past 4 years, including two COVID affected years. Alex will remain with Thongsbridge, but standing down from his captaincy will allow for more time with his family, following the recent arrival of a baby son. The Club congratulates Katie and Alex on the arrival of Charlie, who will hopefully continue the connection at Thongsbridge in future years...

We would like everyone to give full support to Richard in this new role, and wish him every success in taking the Club forward in the years to come.
